Our Services

Please read before enrolling: The Intensive Chocolate Workshop is a lengthy 6 hour class where you will be on your feet the entire time in my production kitchen. A fabulous lunch will be provided from noon to 1 pm where we will discuss flavor and taste. Our facility is not nut, dairy or gluten free. If you have food allergies/sensitivities, please let us know right away so that we can accommodate you for lunch.
