Because we work with a lot of seasonal ingredients, our flavors change seasonally. I'm also frequently developing new flavors - some of which may not appear on the guide below. Apricot Peach & LavenderApricot and peach purees infused with lavender, caramelized and encased in premium dark chocolate.
Amaretto SourLemon and cherry purees caramelized and finished with a generous amount of Amaretto and a splash of bourbon. Encased in dark chocolate.
Bananas FosterBanana and cream caramelized, then finished with Jamaican rum and encased in caramelized white chocolate and bottomed with white chocolate.
Cranberry Orange CaramelCranberry and blood orange caramel in a 68% dark chocolate shell. If "holiday" had a taste, this is it!
Chambord and CreamCreamy white chocolate ganache blended with pureed raspberries and finished with Chambord.
Lemongrass Pear FrangipaniLemonrass and pear purees caramelized and encased in dark chocolate then bottomed with a blend of caramelized milk chocolate and almond couverture.
Blackberry SageRepublic of Tea Blackberry Sage Tea infused into Venezuelan dark chocolate ganache in a dark chocolate shell.
Smoked Maple CaramelMaple infused caramel with hickory smoked cream, Laphroaig, and
candied cocoa nibs encased in a caramelized white chocolate shell.
Passionfruit Mango CaramelCaramel made with Passionfruit and Mango purée encased in premium white chocolate
Hazelnut MacchiatoEspresso infused caramel on top of a coffee hazelnut gianduja coated in Venezuelan white chocolate.
Smokey Pine CaramelDouglas-fir pine infused caramel cold smoked with cherry wood and encased in dark chocolate.

vanilla bean infused into heavy cream then blended into premium white chocolate and encased in 68% dark chocolate.
